How Do I Get Started?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here are 5 steps to get you started on your journey to a weight loss and health gain.

 

Step 1: Click to fill up Your Health Matters Form with your contact details and health condition for our nutritionist to understand you better. An email will be sent to you once you have completed the survey form and I will be in contact with you.

Step 2: Upon completion of the Your Health Matters Form, you will be entitled to a FREE 30 minutes Health or Weight Management Consult by our internationally certified nutritionist who will advise you on your goals that you want to achieve.

 

Step 3: Once you have signed up and joined us to be our Health Champ, you will be entitled to join our:

​

  • Global Facebook group where everyone shares their results, recipes and motivations globally.

  • Local Facebook group where everyone shares their results, recipes and motivations locally.

  • Whatsapp Support group for a more closely knitted team where our nutrition will guide you throughout your health journey. This group will share local recipes, motivations and results to inspire you.

  • FoodMagic event is an online and offline event where we make healthy food sexy that even kids will love.

  • Bootcamp with professional fitness coaches, yoga instructors, dance instructors will conduct an online or offline event to work out together.

  • Monthly physical activities like HIIT, dance, hiking and walks for team bonding and motivate one another.

  • Unlimited Recipes to help you rock your health with your love ones.

 

Step 4: Eduation - You will be given three videos to watch once you have signed up to understand the entire program on how to eat macros foods (real solid food), our products and our micros. You can also download our guides if you prefer a .pdf copy. We conduct regular educational courses so that you can take your health and weight loss to the next level.

Step 5: Take the front and side photograph of yourself. Take your before and after measurements and have it recorded down. This is to monitor your progress and track your results. (Trust me, you will be very excited to share these results and phots once you see your results.)
